My name is Sandy Nelson. I have been a staff member of the Hancock School District for about 10 years. I am currently the media center specialist. I am able to use my love for reading and books to help students nurture their own appreciation for reading and what the library has to offer.

I graduated from high school from the Morris Area School District in 1987. I earned my Business Management degree from Augsburg College, Twin Cities in 1991. I am married with two children. My husband farms on the family farm just outside of Hancock. As a family we enjoy travelling, spending time with family and friends, and supporting Owl activities.
