I graduated from New Ulm Public High School in 2018. I didn't always know I wanted to become an agriculture educator, but in the summer of 2022 while working on a cow-calf ranch in western South Dakota I discovered my passion for it. From there I started school at Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, MN. This fall I will spend my first semester student teaching under Mr. Steiner, and In the spring I will officially begin my full time role as an agriculture educator. I am excited to start my teaching career here at HHS!
In my free time, I enjoy hunting- mainly phesants and deer (though I'll always join friends for other hunts.) I also loving fishing with family and friends and going back west to work on the ranch whenever I can. Even during my vacations, I find myself eager to keep learning, working, and growing in this field.
