Service
Starting July 1st, you can begin logging your hours for the 2026-2027 academic year.
As a club, we completed over 2,710 hours of community service and raised $17,789 for different charities and organizations. Our students have donated socks for Socktober, donated food, tutored younger students, read to children, and shown what it means to be a leader. That's not just service. That's character. That’s BETA.
Service: The Heart of Beta
At its core, the National Beta Club operates on four pillars: achievement, character, leadership, and service. While academic achievement opens the door to membership, it is service that pumps life into our organization. It transforms our academic potential into a tangible, positive force for the world around us.
Turning Knowledge into Action
We believe that true intellect is validated by how it is used to uplift others. Leadership without service is merely authority; achievement without service is merely personal gain. By dedicating our time and talents to those in need, we demonstrate that our members are not just great students, but great citizens.
Our Commitment to Impact
Every project we undertake is an opportunity to put our values into practice. Whether we are mentoring younger students, organizing local drives, or volunteering on weekends, we do it with intention. Service is not a requirement we check off a list—it is our defining identity.
There are may ways in which you can serve others. You do not have to wait to see what your sponsors suggest for you to do as acts of service. You can perform acts of service in any of the following areas:

Education or Literacy
Emergency Preparedness & Response
Environment
Health & Wellness
Hunger
Homelessness & Poverty
Military & Veterans
Senior Citizens
School Beautification
Serve in ways that YOU feel lead to serving. Just talk it over with your sponsors, we can help!!
