What is psychodynamic therapy?

Psychodynamic therapy is an evidence-based approach that has been scientifically studied, and research shows that it can provide long-lasting effects. 

This approach views each individual as a whole person, recognizing that our actions and reactions are influenced by more than just symptoms or diagnostic labels. It delves deeply into core beliefs and patterns formed by past experiences, which continue to influence our current behaviors. Breaking this cycle requires understanding, making sense of, and working through feelings and mentalities that have not yet been properly processed and resolved.
