For each of the Largest Team Categories, we have three trophies for the top three winners in the largest teams by enrollment vs staff percentage and three trophies for the top three largest teams by registrations.

We are so appreciative of all your support over the last 10 years, we want to include you in the planning of our event.  Below are some options for our Grand Prize and Swag Bag Freebie, please choose the items that you would like to win/receive.  The items that receive the most votes in each category (Grand Prize, Swag Bag Freebie) will be the items we purchase.  We will also have an option for you to leave a suggestion for each category. Largest Team Awards: We did something different in 2024 and will continue it in 2025. We will choose the largest teams based on two different criteria: 1. The top 3 largest teams will be chosen by the highest percentage of participants vs school enrollment.  2. The top 3 largest teams will be chosen by the top 3 schools that have the most participants registered.  So no matter the size of the school, your school has an opportunity to win one of these awards.

2. Once you select Team/School, this page will show up

3. A list of team names will show up; if your team name is there, you can go ahead and click on it and register; if it is not there, you have two options:

4. Register & Create Team Name - School Name, which allows you to register and create your team

or

Create a Team name- School- without registering. There is an option on the bottom right to click a tab that states “Create a Team name- School- without registering”

Once you have registered, please send all team members your Team name so they can select it when they register.

2024 HCS Run for the Stage 5K

Race Stats

The Run for the Stage 5K had a total of 310 runners and walkers entering the 5K with 183 runners and walkers completing the 5K event.

For the men,

First Overall was Nick Houser with a time of 21:24 (6:54 per mile).

Second place was Curtis Blauch, with a time of 21:48

Third place was Thomas Worrell, 41 of Hampton VA finishing in 22:07.

For the women,

First place went to Madison Whitlock, 22 with a time of 23:30 (7:34 per mile).

Second place was Abigail Dors, with a time of 23:47

Third place was Marie Giles, 42 with a time of 25:08.
