TEAM PRACTICES TAKE PLACE ON TUESDAY AND THURSDAY 1530-1620

Purpose of the Drill Team

The Drill Team represents your unit in competitions, ceremonies, and community events. It demonstrates discipline, precision, teamwork, and professionalism — all core Marine Corps values.

Goals:

• Develop leadership and teamwork among cadets

• Showcase professionalism and Marine Corps bearing

• Represent the school and MCJROTC program

• Compete at local, regional, and national levels

 Team Structure

Position

Responsibilities

Team Commander

 Leads the team, calls commands, sets the training schedule, responsible for discipline and readiness.

Team Sergeant

Assists commander, oversees uniform inspections, ensures gear accountability, and trains new members.

Squad Leaders

Lead sub-elements during drill, help train individual cadets, and maintain alignment.

Cadet Members

Execute commands with precision and uphold the highest standards of bearing and appearance.
