Kids learn to talk by talking, write by writing and read by reading. Every day in KA we draw, write and read books of our own choosing. The most important thing you can do to help us during the school closure is to read and write every day. When the children read and write they are using their phonemic awareness skills and their sight word knowledge to grow and learn as readers and writers.
