Teachers, please complete this form if you identify a student for G.R.O.W. or if they are in need of additional resources (mental health, clothing, etc.). Students are only eligible for G.R.O.W. if they are struggling in Language Arts or Math. The purpose of G.R.O.W. is to build a partnership with the parent, guardian, or family to assist the child with academic success. Together we will create a plan of action and provide resources to achieve academic growth, success, and track the progress or opportunities for improvement.
