What You Need

Pay Scales are available directly on the page for each School Year. Work Schedules are also available, but you will need your Work Schedule Code to know which schedule to select. For all full-time and part-time staff, there is a Work Schedule Code (Calendar Code) on your primary employment document that you receive each year during the spring for the upcoming school year.

If you need to retrieve a copy of your employment document, you can log into our "My Employment Documents" system. Once logged in you will be able to see your "Calendar" code which is your work schedule.

You will need to know your "IT Credentials" to login to the system. Your IT Credentials consist of a User Name and a Password. Your User Name is the first part of your email address prior to the "@" symbol. Your password is the same one you use log into other HCS systems (for example your email).

How you login changes depending on where you are at the time. You may want to print this page to have it available for reference as you proceed.

If You Are On Site (Meaning currently on the HCS Network)

  1. Go to the main HCS Main web page.

  2. Select "Staff" from horizontal blue bar.

  3. On the "Staff" page, select "My Employment Documents".

  4. You will asked to login to My Employment Documents, again using your IT Credentials.

  5. Once your are on the My Employment Documents landing page, select the "Click Here to Enter" link.

  6. You will now see a document grid, locate the desired school year and document name and the work schedule code needed is listed under the "Calendar" column.

  7. You can stop now, or proceed by clicking "View" on the right side of the grid to go to that documents page. On the documents page you can download the document directly. If you have issues with your local device or browser not downloading the document, you can click the "Email My Document" and the system will send you a copy as an email attachment. (This is not an instant process, but it is automated so you should receive the email in 10-15 minutes.)

If You Are At Off Site (Meaning Not on the HCS Network)

  1. Go to the main HCS Main web page.

  2. Select "Staff" from horizontal blue bar.

  3. On the "Staff" page, select "WebVPN".

  4. Login to the "WebVPN" system using your IT Credentials (WebVPN will establish a secure connection between your off site device and the HCS network to protect your privacy and the security of the network.

  5. Once logged into the "SSL-VPN Portal" page, select "My Employment Documents" Button at the top.

  6. You will asked to login to My Employment Documents, again using your IT Credentials.

  7. Once your are on the My Employment Documents landing page, select the "Click Here to Enter" link.

  8. You will not see a document grid, locate the desired school year and document name and the work schedule code needed is listed under the "Calendar" column.

  9. You can stop now, or proceed by clicking "View" on the right side of the grid to go to that documents page. On the documents page you can download the document directly.
