What are Innovation Configuration (IC) maps?
They're instruments that can be used to identify and evaluate implementation of a program or practice. Basically, they identify the major components of effectiveness, and describe each along a continuum of levels (Hall & Hord, 2001).
How do I use an IC map?
IC maps can be used both to determine the effectiveness of instruction and to make plans for improvement. They can be used for walkthroughs and observations, or for personal self-reflection.
