Greetings Aberdeen Family! 

My name is Regina Ryan and I am excited to work with Aberdeen families as your Family Engagement Specialist. I am responsible for building relationships with all families and guardians, facilitating family engagement events, building community partnerships and managing the Family Resource Center at Aberdeen Elementary.

Throughout the school year I will host a variety of fun-filled family learning opportunities. I am located in the Family Resource Center (inside the library). 

As your Family Engagement Specialist I will :

• Organize and plan family fun Nights and virtual events that support student academic and social success

• Coordinate and recruit virtual parent and community volunteers

• Assist families in getting information needed to support virtual learning

• Connect families with school and community resources

• Help facilitate communication between home and school
