This year, we are changing how and when the book arrives, and we want you to know why.
In past years, we sent the book to the printer in early April so it could be handed out before school let out in May. That timeline meant the book missed several of the year's biggest moments: Spring Formal, the Art and Music Showcase, the Spring Play, and Graduation.
This year, we are holding the book open through those events. Pages will be finalized and sent to the printer at the end of May, after school is out, so this year's book can actually include this year's whole year.
Here is what that means for your family:
Autograph insert pages will go out to students near the end of this school year, before the book itself has printed, so they can gather signatures from friends and teachers while everyone is still together. Only students who have pre-ordered a yearbook will receive an autograph insert, so be sure to order before the deadline below.
The finished book will arrive over the summer.
Families can pick up their copy from the front office as soon as books arrive, or wait and pick it up when school begins next fall. Either way works. We will notify once they have arrived on campus.
Once your student has their book, they simply insert their autograph pages into it.
Thank you for your patience as we make this change. We think a book that actually holds the whole year is worth the wait.
