The most common operators to link or separate your keywords are AND, NOT, and OR. Using these operators can either narrow or broaden your results.
Use AND to tell the database that all of the keywords must be present in the results list.
Use NOT to tell the database to exclude certain keywords from the results list.
Use OR to connect similar search terms in the results list.

To use truncation, enter the root of a word along with an asterisk* at the end of the word. The database will return results that include any ending of that root.
For example, if you search fish* your results will include fish, fishbowl, fisherman, fishing, and more.
