This week's assignment is all about "friendship". Friends play an important role in our life, not just having a friend but being a friend. Webster's dictionary defines friend as: a person who has a strong liking for and trust in another. Please watch the video about "Friendship" and answer the following questions. Ms. Baity, School Social Worker, MSW LCSW
1, Who are my friends?
2. What do I admire about my friends?
3. Why do I feel that I am a good friend?
Self-care is any activity that we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. Good self-care is key to improved mood and reduced anxiety. Watch the YouTube video on self-care below. Review the two sheets with examples of self-care. Then, email your Social Worker with one idea of a self-care activity that you are going to do this week. Take care and stay safe!
