What is it?

The FAFSA is the form students complete to apply for federal, state and college financial aid (grants, scholarships, work-study, loans). 

Who should apply?

Every college-bound senior, regardless of family income. Many scholarships also require a completed FAFSA. 

When to apply?

FAFSA opens each year on October 1st. Apply as early as possible as some aid is first come, first serve.

What is an FSA ID?

• The FSA ID is a your online profile that is required for you to complete and file the FAFSA. 

• You MUST Create a FSA ID  

What do I need?

• Verified account username and password (FSA ID)

• Parent or spouse contributor's email address

• Income and asset information
