The 5 W's of the Leadership Minor
WHO: The leadership minor is open to anyone regardless of major or school.
WHAT: A minor is like a "mini-major" grouping classes around a specific subject matter, but you don't have to take the minor to take our leadership classes!
WHERE: The Leadership Minor is a collaboration across HSB, HSEL, and CLA.
WHEN: The Leadership Minor can be completed in 2 years.
WHY: Leadership moves the world. Taking leadership classes will help you stand out and develop powerful skills for your career post-Hamline University.
Interdisciplinary Leadership Minor
Interdisciplinary Leadership Minor
Whether you want to change the world, help your resume stand out, or just get more comfortable working with others-- try a class in Leadership! Students will use knowledge from their majors or areas of passion to understand how and when leadership theories can be applied to their work and lived experiences. The interdisciplinary minor in leadership will consist of four core courses and four elective credits from outside the program for a total of 20 credits.
You don't have to take the minor to try out the classes!
