August 14 - Ahmad Khazaee, Director of IT Engagement and Support came and presented Photogrammetry and how he and others are using drones to save time and save lives.

Part of the SSAE grant includes pairing school faculty and staff with outside professionals. Here HCS Director of Technology and Lego Robotics coach Chris Rogers, along with Lego Robotics, Jr. coach Allison Farrar meet with Dr. Hiva Samadian, a Colgate Professor of Computer Science. The trio are discussing ways to connect higher education concepts with the learning happening in the Lego Robotics club. The goal of the grant is to initiate and foster these relationships so that they might be sustainable after the grant period concludes.
