Entering Course Selections into
Infinite Campus
*Scheduling feature will open up on student I.C. accounts on January 30th, 2026*

Please do not begin this process until your student has done the following:
Reviewed their transcript and double checked they have signed up for the proper required courses for each grade
Referenced the gold course offerings handout to ensure they have picked 8 classes and one alternate (check pre-requisites!)
Read through the course descriptions/course catalog for each class they chose
Once these things are done, please follow the directions below to input your students schedule into Infinite Campus. The deadline to complete this process is 2:30 PM on Friday, February 20th.

Log on Infinite Campus using your user ID and password *Must be on your STUDENT account*
Scroll down to on the left side of your screen and click on “more”
Click on course registration
Click on 26-27 Hamilton
To begin entering in courses, click “add course” on the bottom left of the screen.
Some students may see a course(s) already entered-these are courses your counselor or teacher are requiring you to take next year.
You can search by course name OR number OR scroll through courses and click on the course you want.
Once the correct course is listed, click on the blue “+” button. Then click “ request”.
You will then repeat the previous 2 steps until you have 8 courses.
Year-long AP courses must be entered twice, one number with an A and one with a B.
To review what you selected, click the back button until you see your courses listed. You can continue to add/delete courses from this screen.
Every student should have 8 requested courses (32 scheduling units); and an advisement which is pre-loaded (8 units) for a total of 36.
It should say 100% complete when you are finished!)
EVERYONE needs to enter one alternate elective course
There is no “save” button. You may print your requests if you’d like or just close I.C. Your requests will auto save.
