Today is A-Day!

The Winter Guard is having a Bake Sale during lunch all this week. Be sure to show your support and get yourself (or someone special) a treat.

Your attendance at school on the last day before Christmas break is so important to help us serve our community and represent our school at our annual service day. To add some more fun to the last day, we will be having an ugly sweater contest, with gift card prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Additionally, we will have several random drawings for additional gift card winners! This will be a day you don't want to miss, so be sure you are here!
Hamilton Youth sports committee is in need of refs for youth basketball in January and February. They only have one confirmed so far but of two more if possible. Most likely they will need to ref 2 games each Saturday for a total of 4 Saturdays. Those dates are January 17th, 24th, 31st and February 7th. Please let Mr. Wiederholt know if you are interested and he will get you in contact with the Youth Sports Committee.
Sign ups for the musical auditions are on the choir room door. Auditions will be held on Wednesday, December 17th after school.
If you are interested in auditioning for the spring musical "Crazy For You," please see Mrs. Smith for an audition packet. Dance only auditions are December 16th and singing and acting auditions are December 17th.
Schedule changes must be made with Ms. Wattenbarger by December 18th. NO changes will be allowed after break.
We are having a Class Competition Food Drive through December 18th. . There will be tables set up outside the library so that you can see how many cans have been brought. Help your Class win; bring those can goods in.
Seniors graduating in December, photos will be due by December 12th, 2025. If you are graduating in December, your photos must be submitted by then or they will not be included in the video at graduation, the yearbook senior page, or the newspaper composite. Parents have been emailed repeatedly. If you do not have them taken, please reach out to yearbook staff immediately. Students also need to specify which senior photo they would like to include in the newspaper composite/yearbook. The minimum number of pictures to be submitted are 4 childhood photos and 4 senior photos. Any senior who is not graduating in December, all photos will be due by February 27th.

All Student Forms (i.e. Activity Slips, , Service Hours, Dance Guest Form, Physicals, etc.) are located outside the office in the wooden file box.

NEW POLICY: Cellphones or other wireless communication devices (i.e. wireless earbuds, smart watches, etc.) will NOT be allowed to be seen or heard from 8am to 3pm on school property ANYWHERE (to include, classrooms, restrooms, locker rooms, gyms, hallways, the Offices, Conference Room, Commons, kitchen, Library, buses, outside grounds, HIVAC building, etc.) Devices will need to be not brought to school, or turned off and kept in backpacks (unseen), in lockers, or left in vehicles. If caught, the device will be turned over to the office and a parent/guardian will be required to pick up the device. In addition, disciplinary action will be enforced.

NOTICES

If you need a locker and have not been assigned one, please see the office.
NO Cell Phones.
NO Blankets.
Hats/Hoods are not allowed to be worn during school hours.
NO outside food deliveries.
If you leave during the day you must have a written excuse to return (i.e. Doctor's note, Drivers license test, court appearances, etc.)

ATTENTION: DO NOT open the outside doors for people trying to get inside the building. This is for your safety. We need to ensure the safety of the school.

ATTENTION: There should be NO students in the weight room or gym outside of school hours unless there is a staff member present to supervise.
