Around the end of last year (2023) I began looking for a builder to build my retirement home in Hilltop Lakes. After interviewing with a couple other builders I met and talked to Robert and decided he was the one to do it. I already had designed a floor plan and had my lot. We signed a contract and began. This was my 4th custom build and by far the easiest throughout the build. He was the most professional and hands on builder I have ever worked with. I have never been so satisfied with anyone before, and the others were great, on a custom build. I am now within a week of taking possession of my new home and couldn’t be happier. The quality of the build and furnishings in the home were beyond my expectations. I am sure there is not enough space in this review to talk about my experiences during the build but I could not more highly recommend him for your home. His cost projections with everything I wanted in my new home were right on point. We actually came in under budget which was a first for me.

Our home is GORGEOUS! Robert provides a boutique experience that can't be beat. He is honest, kind and straightforward. Many times, he could have charged us extra, but instead gave us money back in our budget. He helped us make good choices on our house and provided as much customization as we desired. Usually the home building process is stressful, but this was an EXPERIENCE for our entire family. He felt like part of our own family and I'm so very grateful to have met him. We will use him again should we build another house. I wouldn't dream of using anyone else. His entire process is step by step and he tells you when you can pick things out. Meets up with you as much as you want during the build and was completely on time.

On a side note, my husband was laid off at the beginning of the pandemic a month before the completion of our home and he held onto our house for us until July when he got his new position. I feel so blessed to have been working with such a kind and loving human who had no obligation to our family, but ensured that we were taken care of. He's also priced much better than any other custom builder we interviewed.

Rob Hall builds a gorgeous home. For about a year, my husband and I were committed to finding an older home and fixing it up when we happened to stumble across the Barron Crest subdivision. As we viewed his homes, we were amazed with the efficient floor plans, the beautiful finishes and details. We decided to build a semi-custom home based on one of his move in ready homes and we couldn’t be happier. It’s truly our forever home. Throughout the process, Rob impressed us with his integrity and exceptional relationships with his subcontractors. It was a seamless process and we enjoyed every minute of it.
