September 2021

Our 2021-2022 school year is off to a great start and we are grateful for the privilege of educating your children.

Raiders are respectful of themselves, each other and our building.

Raiders are responsible for themselves, their work and their actions.

Raiders are resilient and can bounce back.

Please help us to ensure the safety of your children by not making any transportation changes after 1:00 pm and not making early checkouts after 1:30 pm.

Please check your child's backpack daily for any important papers or to see what work your child has completed.

You should have already received important messages through REMIND this year. If you have not received any, please contact us to update your contact information.

Parents of any student arriving after 7:45 am must come to the main office to sign their child in. They will be marked tardy.

Important Dates

August 31 - Ice cream sale begins

Sept. 3 - T-shirt/sports jersey day

Sept. 6 - No school (Labor Day)

Sept. 20 - No school (Mental Health Day)

Sept. 22 - Picture Day

We cannot allow outside food or drinks at school to be shared with other students. Instead of sending in food to celebrate your child's birthday, you could send in money to buy ice cream for his/her class or provide a pencil or book for each student.

This year we are focusing on "resiliency." Resiliency is the ability to recover quickly from difficulties.

"Resilience is knowing that you are the only one that has the power and the responsibility to pick yourself up.”

- Mary Holloway
