IVester Rising Business Scholars with the Terry college of business
Hall County Schools is excited to have two unique partnerships of the University of Georgia and Ivester Early College, through the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (CAES) and the Terry College of Business (TCB): The Ivester Rising AG Scholars (IRS) and the Ivester Rising Business Scholars(IRBS) Programs . These programs are ideal for high-achieving, rising seniors with academic and career interests in the Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (Vet, Biomedical, Microbiology, Ag Business, Geologist, Horticulture, Animal Health, Ag Agent, Marine Bio, Fisheries, Sustainability and more!) or Business fields (i.e. Management Information Systems, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, Economics and more).
This partnership allows UGA to offer selected Hall County high school rising seniors an opportunity to enroll in and receive Dual Enrollment credit for these prescribed courses taken at UGA on the UGA Campus through Ivester Early College. Hall County Schools will provide transportation to and from Ivester Early College and the UGA campus for the designated courses.

March 2, 2026 – First Look Acceptances to advance to next round
March 16, 2026 - UGA Applications for qualifying HALL students opens
April 15, 2026 – Second Look Acceptances
May 15, 2026 – Deadline for qualifying HALL students to apply to UGA and all application components are submitted.
