Registration Documents:

Students planning to enroll at Chestatee High School must complete the Online Student Registration Form and present the documents listed below.  Students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to register. The parent or guardian must bring a Photo ID and show verification of guardianship (i.e. birth certificate). 

Bring the following with you to CHS to enroll:

1. Completed Student Registration https://www.hallco.org/web/student-registration/

2. Two (2) Proofs of Residency (i.e. current gas, water, electric bill within 30 days and lease/rental agreement)

3. Copy of the previous school's withdrawal form. 

4. If transferring while school is in session, please bring copy of student's current class schedule and grades.
