Great first race for everyone! We saw some amazing things, some things we need to improve on and some very encouraging things moving ahead. We are in great shape to continue to push towards Region. Please continue to take care of your nutrition and hydration. Temps look to be much better this week.
North Oconee is a late race and we will be getting back late. We probably will not be able to stop for something to eat, but if someone wanted to provide sandwiches or similar would be awesome. If interested let me know and I can connect families who want to help. Below is a snack sign up for each race. There are opportunities to sign up for snack, or drinks or you can do both. We have 28 runners, 4 coaches and sometimes a bus driver if I do not drive.

Here are some ideas
Greek yogurt or cottage cheese with fruit (and granola if desired)
Cut vegetables and pita chips with hummus
Cheese stick, vegetables, and pretzels or multi-grain crackers
Banana or apple with peanut butter
Toast with peanut butter, hummus, or avocado
A handful of nuts and fruit (dried or fresh)
A whole grain muffin plus a cheese stick or yogurt
Canned tuna with multi-grain crackers or in a whole-grain tortilla
A fruit and nut bar plus yogurt
Hard-boiled eggs with crackers, pretzels, and/or vegetables
