About me

Hi!  I grew up all over the world.  My father was military and both my sister and I followed in his footsteps.  I was born in Germany and lived in the Philippines as a child and Okinawa as an adult.  As a kid, I moved every 2-4 years and have lived in 6 different states.  I believe Virginia is one of the most beautiful states I have been in and feel very blessed to have lived in the state for the past 8 years.

I am a licensed Music, Theatre, and Art teacher with a Bachelor's degree in music education (classically trained soprano vocalist) and have been teaching for roughly 18 years.    

When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, hanging out with my cat, reading, watching movies/shows, listening to music, playing guitar and piano, and jogging (I am the slowest jogger in the world but I love it anyway!)
