Hello and welcome!
I’m Mrs. York, and I am excited to guide students through the fascinating stories of World History and American History during the 2025–2026 school year.

 With over 20 years of teaching, I have had the privilege of working with amazing students and families in our community. My goal is to create a classroom where students not only learn history but also think critically, make connections to today’s world, and develop skills for lifelong success.

My Mission:

 I believe that history is more than dates and facts—it’s the story of people, choices, and change. In my classes, students will explore how the past has shaped the present and learn how to apply lessons from history to their own lives.
