My name is Shamshudeen McLeod-Richards, an International Cultural Exchange Teacher from the beautiful island of Jamaica.

 I have been teaching at the Elementary level for over eighteen years.

My goal is to engage each child by providing a rich and gratifying learning experience through the many tactics and approaches that I will employ to deliver my courses. I will make every effort to understand and appreciate each child's learning style to utilize the most appropriate teaching tactics targeted at reaching his/her maximum potential.
