Hello! My name is Alethea Jones-Fobbs and I am the Exceptional Children's Teacher here at Scotland Neck Elementary Leadership Academy. I am a graduate of Elizabeth City State University (ECSU). Go Vikings! I bring to you 26 years of experience in the Exceptional Children's Department with all being here with Halifax County Schools. I previously taught at Northwest Halifax High School for about 16yrs. and transferred to Scotland Neck Elementary Leadership Academy, where I have been serving the community for 10 years. My Instructional Assistant Ms. Epps, also brings 26 yrs of experience in working in the Exceptional Children's Department. Ms. Epps and I are experienced in working with students with learning disabilities, social emotional skills deficits, and behavior challenges.
