Get to know me

My name is Mrs. Sanchia Palmer-Dewar, and I am a proud mother of four; two boys and two girls. I am originally from the warm and vibrant island of Jamaica, and I live by the motto: "Every Child Can Learn, Every Child Must Learn."

I am a graduate of The Mico Teachers’ University College, where I earned a Diploma in Elementary Education with a specialization in Science. I also hold a Post-Diploma in School Administration and Management, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in School Management and Leadership.

With over 25 years of experience in education, I remain deeply committed to shaping young minds. My mission is to help students become confident problem solvers by integrating both academic and social skills; equipping them for success and personal growth during their formative years.

As a passionate advocate for 21st-century teaching, I incorporate innovative technologies into my Mathematics classroom to enhance learning and engagement. I am dedicated to making a lasting impact in the educational system and empowering every student I encounter to reach their fullest potential.
