About

I am an international educator with 18 years of experience teaching elementary and middle school students. This is my third year with Halifax County Schools, and I am grateful to be part of such a supportive learning community.

I hold a degree in Education from India and bring with me a global perspective that enriches my classroom.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our wonderful 12-year-old daughter. I have a deep love for nature and animals, and I find joy in caring for my family. Cooking is another passion of mine—it’s both my creative outlet and my favorite way to relax.

I chose teaching because I believe in serving the community and helping young learners discover and nurture their hidden talents. Every child has potential, and I feel privileged to guide them on their journey.
