Welcome to my classroom! My name is Mrs. Ligaya Aguas, and I am honored to be your 8th Grade Science teacher. I have always been passionate about teaching and helping students discover the wonders of science.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Education from St. Scholastica’s College, Manila, and later completed my Master’s Degree in School Administration from the University of the Philippines. With many years of experience in education, I am dedicated to creating a learning environment where students feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow.

In 8th Grade Science, we will explore Physical Science, Earth and Environmental Science, Earth’s History, and Ecology. My goal is to help students not only master scientific concepts but also develop leadership, responsibility, and curiosity that they can carry beyond the classroom.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love to travel, cook and bake, paint and draw, and watch movies during my free time. Growing up in a big family has taught me the importance of building strong connections, which is why I look forward to getting to know each and every student in my class.

I believe that learning is a journey, and every student has the potential to achieve great things when they come prepared, work hard, and maintain a positive attitude. I look forward to a year of exciting discoveries and meaningful growth with all my students!
