Results Information 2023

Accessing your results

From 2:45pm on Thursday 6 July, your results will be available on the IBO candidate system. This platform provides additional information on your results, including how close you are to the next grade boundary. Your login details for the candidate system can be found on ManageBac - please see 'where to find your personal code and PIN'.  Please ensure that you are able to access the platform in advance of Results Day. 

From 2:45pm on Thursday 6 July, IB results will also be accessible via the pupil portal. You will need to login using your school credentials, then click on ‘About Me’ and navigate to ‘Exam Results’.

Post Results

Upon receiving your results, you may have a number of questions. In order to access the support that you require, please use the Call-Back Request Form. This will enable us to ensure that the right person speaks with you as promptly as possible. Following this, there are two options available to you once you receive your results.

You may wish to apply for a re-mark, known as an Enquiry upon Results (EUR). Further information on the EUR process can be found here IB Pupil Hub. It is essential that you take appropriate advice before submitting a re-mark request.

Alternatively, you may wish to retake some of your exams in the November 2023 exam session. You must contact the Master in the first instance to obtain authorisation to retake at Haileybury.

Transcripts

Additional transcripts must be arranged directly through the IBO. More information on requesting transcripts is available here. 

IB Diploma Certificates

Haileybury will post your official Diploma certificates once we have received them from the IBO at the end of September.  Should you change your address in the interim, please let us know by contacting the IB Administrator. You can download a statement of results from your school portal to serve as a temporary statement of results until the official certificate is received.
