September 2024
Dear Parents and Families,
My name is Michelle Wojceichowski (WO-JUH-HUSKY) but my students call me Mrs. W. I will be working in third grade this year and wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. This is my eleventh year at Central School and my nineteenth year teaching. After graduating from Rutgers University with an Elementary Education and Psychology degree, I studied Special Education at Rider University Graduate School. I am a certified Wilson Dyslexia Practitioner and am passionate about teaching students to read. I reside in Mount Laurel with my husband Joe, daughters Lily (16), Ava (13), and Ellie (4) , our dog Scout, our cats Rocco and King Max, and tree frogs Artemis, Apollo and Hercules.
Here's a little snapshot into my world: I am the oldest child of 2. My favorite color is blue. I love to laugh and make up funny lyrics to songs. My favorite hobby is reading. I love cooking, especially with vegetables I have grown in my garden. The Flyers are my favorite sports team. Coffee, in any form, is usually key for me to be a morning person. I participated in every drama and musical in Junior High and High School including leading roles in “Hello Dolly” and “It’s A Wonderful Life.” I love to go to the beach and Busch Gardens, even though I am terrified of roller coasters. I also enjoy going to the zoo and aquarium. Much of my time outside of the classroom is spent cheering on my swimmer and dancer daughters. I am looking forward to a year full of learning and new adventures. I can't wait to learn more about you!
I am so excited for all the learning in third grade this year! Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
Mrs. W.
