Role Purpose:
Hacktiv8 is seeking a senior enterprise sales leader who will personally originate and close high-value corporate deals while strengthening the overall commercial execution of the team. Responsibilities:
1. Enterprise Business Development
Originate and close high-value enterprise accounts across industries such as financial services, telco, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, energy, healthcare, and conglomerates
Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles involving HR, L&D, procurement, and senior leadership
Navigate corporate budgeting and approval processes while delivering new enterprise revenue
2. Strategic Account Expansion
Develop strategies to grow enterprise accounts and expand across departments
Convert project-based engagements into long-term partnerships and recurring revenue
3. Commercial Strategy & Deal Execution
Own the enterprise pipeline, deal strategy, and forecasting
Identify pipeline bottlenecks and improve conversion across the sales funnel
Lead negotiations and strengthen commercial positioning in complex deals
Maintain disciplined CRM usage and pipeline visibility
4. Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Provide guidance on complex deals and elevate team performance
Partner with Marketing and Operations to align client needs with program offerings
8–10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
Proven track record closing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
Experience selling into HR or Learning & Development functions preferred
Experience mentoring or leading B2B sales professionals is a plus
Strong consultative enterprise selling and negotiation skills

Role Purpose:
The Student Growth Lead is responsible for driving student acquisition, enrollment growth, and revenue across Hacktiv8 programs. This role owns the end-to-end student growth funnel—from lead activation and conversion strategy to enrollment execution—while working closely with Marketing, Admissions, Student Success, and Campus teams to ensure sustainable growth and strong student commitment. This role combines growth strategy, sales execution, and cross-functional leadership, with a strong bias toward data-driven decision-making and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities:
1. Student Acquisition & Conversion Ownership
Own the full student growth funnel: lead → application → paid registration → enrollment
Manage and optimize lead databases, follow-up flows, and nurturing strategies
Design and execute conversion pushes via WhatsApp, email, reminders, and campaigns
Continuously test and improve conversion levers (free trials, flash sales, scholarships, financing, seasonal strategies)
Ensure batch quotas are achieved on time across programs and campuses
2. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Program Positioning
Design GTM strategies for new batches and programs, also promotions (e.g. THR, Ramadhan, flash sales), Scholarships, funding, and CSR programs
Define program positioning, value propositions, and key messaging
Align GTM execution with Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams
3. Growth Campaigns, Content & Activation
• Develop and execute growth-focused promotional assets; WhatsApp broadcasts, Email campaigns, and IG captions and landing/microsites
• Lead acquisition-driven collaborations (e.g. IBM SkillsBuild, Meta, AVPN)
• Own execution quality and timeline of campaigns—not just ideation
4. Acquisition Events & Community Touchpoints
• Plan and execute growth events such as Open Houses & Info Sessions, Masterclasses & Trial Classes, and Talk & Code, Satu Jam Belajar, alumni sessions
• Ensure events are conversion-oriented, not just awareness-driven
• Collaborate with alumni, instructors, and partners to strengthen credibility
5. Student Success & Alumni-Led Growth
Collaborate with Student Success to ensure strong onboarding and engagement
Support alumni referral programs and community activation
Build feedback loops between student experience and growth strategy
Leverage alumni advocacy as a key acquisition channel
6. Customer & Student Experience (CS/CX) Enablement
Ensure fast, clear, and professional responses across student touchpoints
Support complaint handling and escalation with a brand-first mindset
Optimize database usage for reactivation and retargeting
Leverage automation and AI tools to scale presales and CX operations
7. SDR & B2B Growth Collaboration (Cross-Function)
• Work with SDR teams to support; Corporate training lead generation, CSR learning initiatives, and hiring partner alignment
• Ensure B2C and B2B growth motions are complementary, not siloed
• Support pipeline quality and revenue predictability
8. Data, Reporting & Revenue Accountability
• Track and analyze growth performance across leads, conversion rates, enrollment, and revenue
• Build projections per batch and per quarter
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership
• Operate with a “mini business unit” mindset for assigned programs or campuses
Requirements:
7–10+ years of experience in growth, admissions, sales, or revenue roles (education or tech industry preferred)

This role blends data, operations, and real-world execution giving you direct ownership over improving workflows, driving repayment performance, and shaping collection strategies that actually work.
