Goal Setting

Like a bucket list, begin to create a jar or box which you can contribute to daily by writing down things you want to do, places you want to go, who you want to go with you or be with. Just because we can’t do those things right now it doesn’t mean we can’t plan for it. You can choose to do it alone or bring in friends or family to do it with you. As social distancing restrictions get lifted (and they eventually will) you can go back and revisit your list and begin doing all you planned on during your time at home. It’s time to turn your frustration into positive anticipation.
