After reading each story that you have been assigned, you will need to write a 2 paragraph response FOR EACH OF THE STORIES. That means 6 total paragraphs if you are reading the 3 stories, and 8 total paragraphs if you planning on being in Honors and are reading the 4 stories. 

Create a Google Doc and type out your responses. 

How can you create a successful response to the readings? OPEN THE PDF VERSIONS OF THE STORIES IN KAMI AND ANNOTATE! Read the stories more than once. When you are reading, don't have any distractions around like background music, video games, social media, etc. 

What should you write about? You should write about your reactions to the story. DO NOT SUMMARIZE. 

What did you find strange? What part of each story was the best? Was there any vocabulary that you needed to look up? What would YOU do if you lived in the worlds that Bradbury has created in these short stories? 

Once you complete the work, save it to a labeled folder in your drive- do not email it to your teachers, or ask us where it goes. 

You will turn in your responses the first day of school (but don't wait until then to complete it).
