Your librarian, Maureen Carroll, is well-versed in what a contemporary school library program contributes towards student growth and achievement. Passionate about research/inquiry, technology integration, and inclusive collections, Ms. Carroll directs a strong program that prepares students for their years beyond HMS. Ms. Carroll has been professionally honored as an Emerging Leader by the New Jersey Library Association. Ms. Carroll is proud to have been named Hackensack Middle School's 2016 Educator of the Year!
Ms. Carroll's newest favorite book is Harbor Me by Jacqueline Woodson. Ms. Carroll enjoys reading classics and memoir.
