The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recently issued revised guidance related to masks.
As a reminder, HACC has not changed its policy regarding masks since the start of the pandemic. Anyone approved to be on a HACC campus – even if they are fully vaccinated – is required to wear a mask that completely covers their nose and mouth at all times while on campus. The College’s official guidance on mask expectations can be found here.
Wearing a mask is a simple but important measure to help limit the spread of the coronavirus.
Thank you!
We know you have been waiting patiently for this time, and we are excited to welcome you back. To be considerate of your time and ensure a smooth process, we are offering appointments to receive your photo ID. Please be sure to check your Hawkmail for an email about scheduling your time to come to campus. Timelines and updates can be found at hacc.edu/StudentID. Thank you!

Students are encouraged to consider participation in the College’s One More Class initiative, which aims to shorten students’ time to graduation by having you take an additional course each semester. Contact Academic Advising today through remote advising for assistance in the course registration process and to talk about adding one more class for the fall semester. It is certainly not too late! HACC offers late-term classes that start on Sept. 13 and second 7-week courses that start on Oct. 23.
Did you know... studies have found taking a slightly heavier course load will not only help students to graduate on time, but is also associated with higher grades and continuing on each semester toward their degree?
