Many HACC students are getting the skills they need to make a better life for themselves and their loved ones despite facing challenges – students like Reagan:
“The cost of post-secondary education in the United States is outrageous. My parents and I feel strongly that HACC is a high-value, high-quality education and an excellent option for anyone.
In November of 2021, I was finally diagnosed with chronic Lyme Disease and tick-borne infections after two long years of illness. Being able to begin my general education studies at HACC while I was recovering was helpful. Now that I am almost fully recovered, I am excited to be a part of the nursing program. The journey to recovery has been long, but my illness has contributed to my further interest in healthcare and my desire to educate others.” - Reagan, HACC student
Please consider helping a HACC student by making a donation to an area of greatest need on GivingTuesday, Dec. 3. This is a day when people around the world donate to their most beloved causes.
If you love the feeling of helping students get the skills they need to thrive, please consider setting a monthly donation (which can be made in honor of or in memory of a loved one) or making a pledge to give a gift by breaking it into weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual contributions.
Thank you!
