The HACC Foundation’s focus is to support our greatest assets – our students. The HACC Foundation is proud of how we impacted our students and central Pennsylvania.

The HACC Foundation recently provided funding for key projects at HACC.
The HACC Foundation, a nonprofit organization that raises private contributions in support of HACC, approved more than $526,000 for projects at the College. This funding is made possible through generous contributions from individual and organizational donors.

The HACC Foundation and the Workforce Development and Continuing Education Division at HACC have partnered to create 22 workforce development scholarship funds. These funds support all of the College’s workforce development programs and are awarded all year round.
Between July 1, 2016 and June 30, 2020, a total of $358,032 in scholarship funds was awarded to 351 students. With a collective balance of more than $1.1 million, these 22 scholarship funds will help many more students achieve their dreams of attaining a HACC credential.

A virtual exhibition of student photographs will be on display Nov. 16-Dec. 3, 2020, on the
Rose Lehrman Art Gallery’s webpage.
The exhibit will showcase over 40 photographs by HACC students from the spring and fall 2020 semesters. The collection covers a variety of subjects, including landscapes, portraits, still lifes and architecture.
A virtual reception will be held Dec. 3 at 5:30 p.m., where participants can meet and talk with students and employees. Awards will be presented during the reception at approximately 6 p.m.

We know how hard our students work to obtain their college degree, certificate or diploma. While we wish we could come together in person to celebrate the remarkable achievements of our 2020 graduates, HACC is prepared to celebrate our graduates and their achievements – virtually.
HACC will hold its first-ever virtual Commencement ceremony on Dec. 15. The virtual ceremony, which will be shown on HACC’s YouTube channel, will include brief remarks from HACC leadership, a graduating student, faculty member and alumna. The ceremony will also include images of some of our graduating students!
To celebrate our graduating students on Dec. 15, please:
1. Tune in to the virtual ceremony at 6 p.m.
2. Share YOUR excitement on social media and tag HACC in your post
3. Use #HACCproud and #HACCgraduate in your posts
