Previously named Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, this month recognizes Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islander Americans’ valuable contributions to the history, culture and achievements of the United States. Here at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, we proudly celebrate these community members. We are grateful beneficiaries of the richness and depth they add to our community and the world.

What's New with the HACC Foundation?
HACC Receives $100,000 from High Foundation for Technology on Lancaster Campus
The HACC Foundation has received a total of $100,000 from High Foundation over two years for the “Adding FLEXible Solutions for Teaching and Learning” project on the Lancaster Campus of HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College.

HACC Foundation Adopts Formal Statement to Support Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging
Equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging statements are common among colleges and universities, but are less prevalent among foundations. That is not the case with the HACC Foundation!
Members of the HACC Foundation Board worked together to create a clear statement that reflects the Foundation’s values and commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging. This statement will create accountability, guide decision making and support Board member recruitment and retention.
The statement was officially adopted by the HACC Foundation Board in November 2023 and has been incorporated into applicable grant proposals, our website, the Board member application and other HACC Foundation materials.
