This month serves to recognize Asian Americans and Pacific Islander Americans’ valuable contributions to the history, culture and achievements of the United States. Here at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, we proudly celebrate our Asian American and Pacific Islander American community members. We are grateful beneficiaries of the richness and depth they add to our community and the world.

Meet Mariana
Mariana moved to the United States after completing nursing school in Brazil. Unfortunately, her international nursing credentials were not recognized in America. She knew HACC’s Nursing Program had a great reputation and decided it would be a “good option for me to work towards my plan of becoming a nurse in the US.”

HACC Art Students Benefit from Expanded Partnership with PCA&D
HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, and the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design (PCA&D) recently signed an expanded articulation agreement that gives additional HACC students a seamless pathway to a bachelor’s degree at PCA&D.

HACC was thrilled to honor our graduating students during the Commencement ceremony on May 10. During the ceremony, the graduating students transitioned to their new role as alumni. We are #HACCproud of the now-graduates who are one step closer to reaching their dreams.
