The Housing Authority of Bowling Green (HABG) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide floor removal and replacement services at designated HABG properties. Work will primarily consist of removal of existing flooring materials and installation of specified 20 mil luxury vinyl plank flooring in vacant residential units, including required surface preparation, underlayment, and related trim work. All work must comply with the specifications and requirements contained in this solicitation.
