RFP: 2026-RFP-PPC-005 – HABG Phenix Place Concrete and Erosion Control
The Housing Authority of Bowling Green is soliciting proposals for concrete replacement, site improvements, and erosion control work at Phenix Place. The project includes removal and replacement of damaged concrete surfaces, grading and stabilization of erosion-prone areas, drainage-related improvements, and all related labor, materials, equipment, and site restoration required for a complete installation. Qualified contractors are invited to submit proposals in accordance with the bid documents and project requirements.
