Now Soliciting Bids: Siding, Soffit & Fascia Replacement – Bryant Way
The Housing Authority of Bowling Green is seeking qualified contractors to submit proposals for exterior improvements at the Bryant Way property. The project includes replacement of siding, soffit, fascia cladding, vent components, and removal/reinstallation of existing gutters across 37 residential buildings. The specified system includes durable CertainTeed vinyl siding and soffit, heavy-duty aluminum fascia, and InOvate vent products in tan. Bids are due April 6, 2026 at 10:00 AM Central. Question 1: Bidder asked what color is Fascia Material and Soffit Material?
Answer 1: Material color shall be Natural Clay for all Materials.
Question 2: Bidder asked how often soffit should be vented?
Answer 2: Soffit shall be vented at least every third panel. Full vented soffit will be permitted as well.
Question 3: What material should be used for gable end soffit?
Answer 3: Soffit on gables end overhangs shall be solid with no vent.
