12:30 pm-2:00 pm: Dribbling. Players will focus on dribbling technique such as pounding the ball, dribbling below the knees and keeping the ball on their fingertips. Players will engage in basic moves such as in-n-out, cross over, between the legs, etc. with emphasis on proper technique. Players will also be introduced to dribbling with pace using different moves with different footwork. Limited to 20 players. Players must bring their own ball, water and proper foot attire. Best for players from intermediate and below.

3:30 pm-5:00 pm: Attacking and finishing at the rim. Taught by Coach Bryson Ho, who has trained several collegiate players in the last 20 plus years. In this session, players will focus on developing skills to effectively attack the rim and finish strong in traffic. Participants will work on improving their driving techniques, finishing with both hands, and making decisions in situations near the basket. Ideal for players looking to enhance their scoring ability and confidence around the rim. Limited to 8 players. Players must bring their own ball, water and proper foot attire. Best for players at the intermediate to high school level.

5:00 pm-6:30 pm: Pick & Roll. Taught by former collegiate basketball player and former Elite Sports Academy trainer/ Adidas Circuit coach Trevon Ary-Turner. Limited to 10 players. Players must bring their own ball, water and proper foot attire. Players must already have solid skills, best for 9th grade and older.

6:30 am to 8:00 am: Advanced Shooting (Boys). Train with H4C Boys Director Coach Randy Tamayo. This session is for players who love to shoot the ball. In this session, players will go through repetition shooting including free throws, mid-range shots, and 3-point shooting. Emphasis will be on the fundamentals of shooting such as balance, pocket, and follow through. Players will also work on finishing around the basket through advanced lay-up drills and combination moves. Limited to 6 players. Players must bring their own ball, water and proper foot attire. Best for players at the intermediate to high school level.
