1. Acceptance and Scope

By accessing or using any website, application, tool, resource, source code, documentation, or service provided by H21 lab s.r.o. ("H21 Lab," "we," "us") — collectively the "Resources" — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Resources. We may modify these Terms at any time without notice; continued use constitutes acceptance. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Resources.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Resources only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable license terms specific to each Resource. You may not: use the Resources for unauthorized, fraudulent, or malicious purposes; attempt unauthorized access to any systems; reverse engineer the Resources except where permitted by applicable law or license; use automated means to access the Resources without consent; resell or redistribute access unless expressly permitted; remove proprietary notices; use the Resources in any safety-critical or mission-critical system; or rely on the Resources as a sole tool for any professional, legal, forensic, or compliance purpose without independent verification.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

A subscription is a contribution that supports ongoing development of the Resources and in return grants access to certain Resources for the duration of the subscription. However, this access is provided without any guarantee, warranty, or commitment regarding availability, functionality, quality, continuity, or fitness for any purpose. A subscription does not constitute a service-level agreement and does not entitle you to any specific feature, uptime, performance level, update, fix, or support. H21 Lab may change, limit, or discontinue any Resource or access at any time without notice or compensation. All subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by mandatory law. License keys are issued as an access mechanism and may be revoked at any time at H21 Lab's sole discretion; they may not be shared, transferred, or resold. Free trial or preview access, if offered, creates no entitlement or obligation. Payment is processed by third-party providers; H21 Lab does not store payment card details.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL RESOURCES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. H21 LAB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION. NO OUTPUT OR RESULT FROM ANY RESOURCE CONSTITUTES PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OF ANY KIND. YOU MUST INDEPENDENTLY VERIFY ALL RESULTS. H21 LAB PROVIDES NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT, MAINTENANCE, OR ERROR CORRECTION UNLESS SEPARATELY AGREED IN WRITING.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, H21 LAB AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS; OR ANY OTHER LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, INABILITY TO USE, OR RELIANCE ON THE RESOURCES. TO THE EXTENT COMPLETE EXCLUSION IS NOT PERMITTED BY MANDATORY LAW, TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN EUROS (€10). YOU USE THE RESOURCES ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL OUTCOMES. THESE LIMITATIONS ARE FAIR, REASONABLE, AND FORM AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

6. Availability

The Resources are provided on a best-effort basis with no guarantee of availability, uptime, or continuity. H21 Lab may modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any Resource at any time without notice, reason, or compensation. H21 Lab has no obligation to maintain, support, update, or continue any Resource.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Resources remain the exclusive property of H21 Lab or its licensors, subject to any applicable license terms provided with specific Resources. Certain components may be under open source or other licenses, which shall govern their use. You retain ownership of any content you provide; H21 Lab claims no ownership of user content but accepts no liability for its loss or corruption.

8. Privacy and Data

H21 Lab accepts no responsibility or liability for any data you provide, upload, process, or generate through the Resources, regardless of how or where such data is processed. Some Resources may process data locally on your device; others may transmit data to servers for processing. Unless a specific Resource explicitly states otherwise, you should assume that any data you provide may be transmitted, processed, and temporarily stored on external servers. H21 Lab makes no guarantee regarding the security, privacy, confidentiality, integrity, or availability of any data processed through the Resources and accepts no liability for any data loss, corruption, exposure, breach, or unauthorized access, whether caused by H21 Lab, third parties, or technical failures. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any data you provide does not contain sensitive, confidential, or regulated information unless you have independently assessed and accepted the associated risks. We use basic analytics tools and cookies for functionality and traffic analysis. Payment is processed by third-party providers whose own privacy policies apply. 9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless H21 Lab from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Resources, violation of these Terms or any applicable law, or any third-party claim related to your use.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Resources at any time. We may terminate your access immediately, without notice or reason. Termination does not entitle you to any refund or compensation. Disclaimers, liability limitations, and indemnification survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts in Bratislava, Slovakia. If you are an EU consumer, your mandatory statutory rights under EU law remain unaffected.

12. General

If any provision is unenforceable, it shall apply to the maximum extent permitted and remaining provisions remain in force. These Terms are the entire agreement. No waiver of any right constitutes a continuing waiver. H21 Lab may assign these Terms freely; you may not without consent. H21 Lab is not liable for failures due to force majeure. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, agency, or employment relationship. Use of any third-party services linked from the Resources is at your own risk.
