Welcome to Gyri MBBS App (“Gyri”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the Gyri MBBS App (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Gyri MBBS is an educational platform designed to assist medical students in preparing for university examinations.
While we strive for accuracy and regularly update our content, medical knowledge evolves continuously. We do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free.
All content provided within the app is strictly for educational purposes.
It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Users must not rely on app content for clinical decision-making.
Any use of information in a real-world clinical setting is solely at the user’s own risk.
Access to the Service requires authentication via mobile phone number using One-Time Password (OTP) verification.
By using the Service, you confirm that:
The phone number provided belongs to you.
You are authorized to receive OTP messages at that number.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your registered mobile number.
You are responsible for:
All activity under your account.
Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access.
Each subscription is limited to one active device at a time.
Switching devices may require re-authentication.
Excessive device changes, credential sharing, or attempts to bypass device restrictions may result in temporary suspension or termination of access.
This policy exists to prevent misuse and unauthorized sharing.
Certain features of the Service require an active paid subscription.
Subscriptions are processed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by the user prior to the renewal date.
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the respective app store’s policies.
Gyri does not directly process refunds.
Access to premium content remains active until the subscription period expires.
All content within the Service, including but not limited to:
Question banks
Essays
Explanations
UI design
Logos and branding
is the intellectual property of Gyri Med.
Users may not:
Copy, redistribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit content.
Share account access with multiple users.
Use automated tools to extract or scrape content.
Violation may result in account termination and legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gyri MBBS shall not be liable for:
Academic performance outcomes.
Examination results.
Clinical decisions or errors.
Loss of data due to device issues or technical interruptions.
Temporary service outages.
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if users:
Violate these Terms.
Attempt to bypass subscription or device restrictions.
Engage in content scraping or unauthorized sharing.
Termination may result in loss of access without refund, subject to applicable law.
We reserve the right to:
Modify content
Update features
Suspend or discontinue parts of the Service
at any time without prior notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
