Teachers use classroom English every day to create an English-friendly learning environment. Teachers from Grades 1–6 regularly share useful classroom expressions, discuss teaching strategies, and reflect on classroom challenges. We also hold at least two professional development workshops each semester to strengthen our teaching practices.

Teachers from different subjects regularly share their bilingual teaching practices. In this lesson, the PE teacher and the English teacher co-taught a basketball class, introducing warm-up activities and basic basketball English. The lesson was then shared with all teachers to support bilingual teaching across the school.
