Gympass will match your 401(K) contribution as follows: 100% match of the first 4% of compensation deferred into the 401 (K) plan. This means, for every dollar you contribute, Gympass will contribute another dollar, up to 4%. There is a 3-year vesting requirement on the company contribution.
